私は予約している商品があるので、商品が手元に届く前に倒産してしまったりしないかを危惧しています。

We admit that our worker didn't pack well for your package. We have punished them and asked them to pay more attention on your future package.
And due to the pandemic, things become complicated. Plus the shipping fee, packing material and the cost from workers is getting more and more expensive.
It's too hard to maintain our website's operation. We basically will be shutdown if the pandemic can't be killed.
