私はトランスフォーマーのフィギュアが好きでよく購入しています。
サードパーティー製のフィギュアもよく購入します。
サードパーティー製フィギュアの購入先は、以下に示す通りです。

(1) TF-Direct.com
(2) Robotkingdom.com
(3) TFSource.com
(4) BigBadToyStore.com

TF-Direct.comは梱包が丁寧だったので最近はTF-Direct.comからよく購入していました。
TF-Direct.comでは購入した商品の総額が2000ドル以上になると「VIP Member」になることができます。
「VIP Member」は商品を5%オフで購入することができます。
私は既に「VIP Member」になっていました。

商品の梱包レベルには以下に示す2種類があります。

[A] Regular packaging
[B] Upgrade to collectors's grade ([A]よりも5ドル高い)

2019年までは商品価格とは別に送料も払っていましたが、今は無料になっています。
商品価格とは別に送料を支払っていた時は商品の梱包は非常に丁寧で、きれいな状態で私のところに届いていました。
しかし、最近私のところに届いた届いた商品は[B]であっても、緩衝材による梱包はされなくなっています。
梱包状態は[A]も[B]も同じです。
私のところに届いた商品は緩衝材による梱包がされていなかったため、箱が大きく潰れてしまって、酷い状態でした。
そのことをTF-Direct.comに言うと、TF-Direct.comは梱包ミスがあったことは認めました。
但し、返品しても良いが、送料は顧客側で支払うべきだとTF-Direct.comは主張しています。
こちらに落ち度はないにも関わらず、何故顧客側が送料分の損失を被らないといけないのか非常に疑問です。

TF-Direct.com was packed carefully, so I often bought it from TF-Direct.com these days.
At TF-Direct.com, you can become a "VIP Member" when the total amount of purchased items is over $ 2000.

The product that arrived at me was not packed with cushioning material, so the box was crushed and it was in a terrible state.
When I told TF-Direct.com about it, TF-Direct.com admitted that there was a packaging error.
However, TF-Direct.com argues that you can return it, but the shipping cost must be paid by the customer.
I'm very skeptical why the customer has to incur a shipping loss, even though there is nothing wrong with this.
